Having been a mail order customer of yours for many years, and I am always delighted by the high level of service you provide. I have an account registered via your Billy Clarke website but on Monday I registered on Your fishing spares website. I ordered a spare spool on Monday and it has arrived with me less than 24 hours later, by anyones standards that was terrific.

You may consider good customer service the norm and working in the public service myself I know how important customer service is. However, from my own experiences I find that good service is far from the norm and when you do find it, it is a pleasant surprise.

My family and I have lived in New Zealand now for forty years, coming from the south east of England.  I was always an enthusiastic coarse angler reading the Angling Times right from it's beginning.  When I saw your name, Billy Clarke, on the Fox Sports website it immeadiately rekindled memories from all those years ago.  Now I mainly fish in the sea and hope with the new rod to catch some of the large yellowtail kingfish that abound in our waters.
